Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Leader to oversee the maintenance, patching, and compliance of our corporate endpoints across the globe.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of engineers in maintaining endpoint security and managementOversee maintenance and patching for 600+ Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOneDevelop automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact timeMaintain endpoint compliance with multiple security frameworksImplement endpoint security policies and proceduresManage vendor relationships with endpoint management and security solution providersTroubleshoot complex endpoint issuesCreate documentation for endpoint standards and processesCollaborate with security teams to implement endpoint protection strategiesMonitor endpoint health metrics and implement improvements to enhance reliabilityCoordinate patch management cyclesLead incident response efforts for endpoint-related security eventsRequired Skills & Qualifications:2+ years of people management experience in IT or technical teams5+ years of hands-on endpoint management experienceStrong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platformsExperience managing both Windows and macOS environments at scaleDemonstrated experience automating endpoint management tasksDeep understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration managementExperience maintaining compliance with security frameworksStrong troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independentlyBenefits:This is a fully remote positionMust be available for occasional meetings across global time zonesOn-call rotation participation may be required for critical issue
