About this roleAs a Senior Financial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our restaurant group.This is a hands-on position that requires a strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial work.You will oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.You will also prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, manage cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to support company growth.This role requires strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.You must have a proactive mindset—able to spot issues early and propose solutions.We are seeking someone with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, and at least 5–7 years of professional experience in accounting/finance, ideally including restaurant, hospitality, or retail sector experience.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all accounting operationsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsManage cash flow, budgets, and forecastsRequired Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldAt least 5–7 years of professional experience in accounting/financeStrong knowledge of full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and internal controlsGrowth Potential:This role offers the opportunity to help shape the financial foundation of a growing restaurant group.As the company expands, the Senior Financial Manager will play a key role in building out the finance function.Software Experience:Microsoft Office: must haveQuickbooks Online: Strong preference
