**Id da vaga**:23682**Cargo**:Data Analyst - Consultor(a) Sênior**Diretoria**:Chief Revenue Officer**Breakdown**:Customer Relations**UO**:Billing & Collection**Regional**: TIM SA Headquarter**Estado**:RIO DE JANEIRO**Cidade**:RIO DE JANEIRO**Descrição do perfil**Responsável por analisar e interpretar grandes quantidades de dados de uma variedade de fontes, usando ferramentas algorítmicas, de mineração de dados, inteligência artificial, aprendizado de máquina e estatísticas, a fim de torná-los acessíveis à empresa.**Principais atividades**- Identificar, coletar, preparar, validar, analisar e interpretar dados relativos ao churn involuntário e inadimplência;- Definir e aplicar modelos de análise de dados descritivos, preditivos e prescritivos;- Identificar interpretar e manipular os conjuntos de dados necessários para o desenvolvimento dos modelos da área;- Contribuir na disseminação de uma cultura de Data-Driven Decision na cia, fazendo interface entre áreas técnicas e as diversas áreas de negócio;- Extrair e organizar dados de inúmeras fontes e transformá-los em informações úteis e decifráveis por meio de gráficos e dashboards.**Conhecimento, Experiência e Formação**- Excel avançado; Power Point avançado (apresentações executivas);- Linguagens de programação /SQL, SAS;- Conhecimento de soluções de dados em Cloud /GCP;- Conhecimento de Power BI;- Formação superior completa.- Estatística, Engenharias, Tecnologia da Informação, etc.
