They oversee training programs for QC Coordinators, maintaining minimal errors and supporting development. This leadership position demands strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive financial efficiencies and ensure gross profit objectives. Collaboration with Sales teams is key, as well as documenting client interactions in Salesforce and compiling monthly reports. Key Responsibilities Train and guide teams in operational excellence through regular coaching and adherence to work instructions. Conduct initial and ongoing training for Quality Control Coordinators (QCCs), focusing on error reduction and team development. Maintain IRIS system accuracy and compliance, ensuring client and inspector profiles are up-to-date. Requirements Leadership experience with a focus on operational efficiency. Strong communication and coaching skills. Familiarity with quality control processes and data management systems.
