Key Role for Administrative Support We are seeking an exceptional administrative professional to provide high-level support to our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask. This is a key role that requires the ability to think critically and strategically, as well as a high degree of discretion and confidentiality. You will work closely with senior leaders to manage their schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle sensitive communications. Main Responsibilities: Manage calendars and schedules, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with team members and external stakeholders. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and car rentals, as well as making restaurant reservations and other social arrangements. Handle sensitive and confidential communications on behalf of senior leaders, using discretion and tact at all times. Provide administrative support for meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
