Make It With Pride.**You deliver and develop detailed continuous business and customer analysis and insights with a focus on driving best practice through simplification, efficiency and consistency by aligning common outputs across accounts. You also provide leadership to direct reports and work collaboratively across sales.**How you will contribute**You will:* Manage a team that enables sales delivery by providing the tools and data necessary for the smooth running of the business and the development and execution of the sales strategy.* Coordinate national and regional sales system projects for field service.* Test and implement new systems.* Conduct market research on current developments and trends for a continuous optimization of the systems – both data and digital.**What you will bring**A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:* Relevant experience in sales/IT* Knowledge of field service systems and understanding data and digital tools* Experience in people management and project management* Strong analytical, communication and networking skills**More about this role**In this position, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technological solutions, transforming data into strategic intelligence for the Commercial and Marketing teams, optimizing business performance.**Key Requirements:** • Strong knowledge of data analysis and BI tools; • Previous experience engaging with diverse stakeholders and translating insights into actionable recommendations; • Current or past experience working closely with the business and/or commercial areas; • Advanced English (conversational).**Location: São Paulo/SP**We are aware of our role as transformation agents to generate positive change, so diversity, equity and inclusion are one of our priorities.
