Growth Marketer – Part‑time, Global Running Company Join Go Running Tours as a Growth Marketer with the opportunity to grow into Head of Marketing. This role is part‑time with 25 hrs a week and a salary of USD 1,400 per month. About the Role As the new Growth Marketer you will be responsible for all marketing activities across B2C and B2B clients. The company’s markets are expanding rapidly, and you will identify new channels and markets to sell our services. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, optimize flows and automations, and analyze data to improve performance. Plan and run digital advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, explore new platforms, and monitor effectiveness. Generate newsletters and other content, craft engaging copy, and coordinate with creative teams. Create case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas to attract new runners, companies, and destinations. Work closely with the founder and remote colleagues, participating in 2‑3 hour internal meetings per week. Research new tech, trends, and marketing tools to keep strategies current. Qualifications Strong analytical and structured mindset with a creative flair for copy and campaign design. Experience in B2C and B2B marketing, preferably in travel or events. Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and data analytics. Hands‑on experience with paid media on Meta, Google and other platforms. Excellent execution skills; able to take initiatives from research to scaling. Fast mover, collaborative, highly motivated to grow the business and yourself. Comfortable working remotely, with strong communication in Slack, and ability to handle long‑distance team dynamics. Compensation & Benefits USD 1,400 per month, paid monthly via Upwork. 25 hrs per week, part‑time with flexible schedule.
