Growth Marketer – Part-TimeHi, my name is Lena, founder of Go Running Tours. We’re looking for a Growth Marketer who will be responsible for all our B2C and B2B marketing activities. We’re a fast‑growing global company that sells running tours, events, and experiences to runners and brands worldwide. ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute digital advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and emerging platforms. Develop and optimise email marketing flows, newsletters, and automation to drive engagement and conversions. Research new channels, markets, and technologies to identify and test growth opportunities. Create compelling copy and case studies, and pitch sponsorships or partner ideas that expand our reach. Analyse data to evaluate performance, iterate on campaigns, and report on key metrics. Qualifications & SkillsStrong analytical and structured thinking. Creative copywriting and storytelling ability. Experience with email marketing, automation, and data‑driven optimisation. Proficiency in digital ad platforms (Meta, Google) and willingness to learn new ones. Fast‑moving execution mindset and a passion for continuous testing and scaling. Compensation & Work ArrangementsUSD 1,400 a month 25 hours per week, part‑time Remote work with 2–3 hours of internal meetings per week and a Slack‑based daily collaboration.
