Experience in ecommerce a plus. This role will be responsible for coordinating D2C projects in the LAC countries.We are actively looking for a talented Project analyst to join our team.- ** Essential Functions**- Manage multiple large projects, independently own and manage multiple change requests, new initiatives, etc.- Identify key stakeholders and work to achieve project objectives Create detail project schedule, Gantt chart, critical path, etc.- Manage project status report, issues, action items, risks, change log, internal and external dependencies, etc.- Follow up on issues and action items towards resolution- Regularly monitor and report on project progress- Facilitate project status meetings, requirements and design discussions, and defect status reviews- Coordinate project estimating process, manage project budget, forecast, planned vs. actual- Work with vendors to develop, review and execute contracts- Develop innovative methods to effectively manage project constraints- Own and manage project SharePoint site, Project Work Book (PWB) and project communication plan- Work with project team to enforce Visa compliance requirements- This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs._**Qualifications**:**Basic Qualifications**- 2 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 0 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD/PhD)- Fluent in English**Preferred Qualifications**- 3 or more years of experience in project management- PMP, CSM, ACP certification preferred- Exposure to one or more project management / reporting tools including, but not limited, to Tableau, JIRA, Rally, MS Project, Clarity PPM, SharePoint, Wiki- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile / Lean methodologies- Proficiency in at least one programming language or technology including, but not limited, to SQL, R, Advanced Excel / Macros, Javascript, HTML- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions- Strong analytical, mediation and problem-resolution skills- Must be metrics-driven. Have a background in quantitative decision making, ability to drive business/operations metrics, and drive adoption of different tools and resources- Excellent time management, communication, collaboration, and organization skillsAdditional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
