AMARO is seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to work as project manager for marketing campaigns (Hair, Makeup, Skin and Home). You will be responsible for project tasks, monitor progress, take corrective actions, and communicate project’s status, while staying poised in a fast-paced environment.

This is the perfect role for a highly organized, dynamic, efficient, and out of the box problem solver.

You will work with all marketing squads making sure everyone is working towards the same goal and will report to the Marketing Operations Lead.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- **
COMMUNICATIONS**
- Be responsible for marketing-only interactions w/ partner brands helping to build a trustable and strong relationship.
- **
Plan and execute partner brands launching campaigns together with partner brands team.**
- In case of internal demand, develop activations proposals to share with Partner Brands team and lead plan execution.
- In case of external demand, align communications with Customer Journey team, share with Partner Brands team and execute communication plan
- Guide marketing team on partner brands omni-channel communication opportunities to boost results, including red pricing promotions/rebates, free gifting.
- Track specific marketing activations and partner brands’ results.
- Develop post-mortem analysis of Partner Brands activations
- Lead marketing-related activations on Guide Shops, such as events, promoters, and customers workshops.

FREE GIFTS**:

- Lead partner brands free samples and giftings communication processes, promotion mechanics, marketing team alignments, monitor and results.
- **
SEEDING and MAILINGS**:

- Share marketing plan with Assortment that will deal with the negotiation process.
- Track and monitor results to be shared with Partner Brand

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You have experience working in an advertising/creative agency or marketing ops;
- You have experience with project management software: Asana, Smartsheet, Trello, Confluence, etc.;
- In-depth knowledge development project management methodologies and tool sets;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese;
- Skilled at problem solving.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Passionate about how technology is changing all of our lives and careers.
