-Job descriptionThe MSS CPS Operations Analyst is responsible for processing the CPS daily activities which include but are not limitted to:
- Support Payments Validation according to Payment Transparecy Global Standards;
- Support Manual Payments following HSBC Global Procedures;
- Support Cash Management Activities;
- Support Collateral Management Activities;
- Support the Reserve Account Monitor.
- Process the CPS Daily activities;
- Update the operations procedures as per HSBC Global Standards and local regulators, ensure that all processes are adequate as per rules;
- Implement actions for quality improvement and service excellence culture in Operations;
- Maximize the quality of service provided to internal customers and mínimalizing external customer complaints;
- Nostro accounts controls and Payments (SWIFT/SPB);
- Control oriented and Project management skills;
- Client services support.
RequirementsKnowledge about Financial Products traded in the Brazilian market;
Knowledge of Brazilian Payment System (SPB) network, catalogue of messages and Target Operating Model;
International Payment Knowledge (Swift Network) is a plus.
