
Marketing Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across **Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads**.
- Continuously monitor and analyze ad performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROAS.
- A/B test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates to improve campaign effectiveness.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience managing **Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads**.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Experience with **campaign optimization, audience segmentation, and bid strategy**.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns at once.
- Familiarity with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
