Junte-se a nós Como Analista de Faturamento Júnior , você irá atuar com rotina de números, organização e faturamento. Como Analista de Faturamento Júnior, você será fundamental para garantir a acurácia e o fluxo dos nossos processos de faturamento. Suas principais atividades incluirão: Emissão de Notas Fiscais: Preparar e emitir notas fiscais de serviços, garantindo a conformidade com as regras fiscais e a legislação vigente. Conferência e Validação: Realizar a conferência de dados para emissão das notas, verificando informações de pedidos, cadastros de clientes e condições comerciais. Controle e Organização: Manter o controle e a organização dos documentos fiscais e comprovantes de faturamento. Suporte ao Cliente Interno/Externo: Prestar suporte a dúvidas relacionadas ao faturamento, tanto para clientes internos (outros departamentos) quanto externos (clientes e fornecedores). Conciliação: Auxiliar na conciliação de faturas e recebimentos, identificando possíveis divergências e apoiando na resolução. Lançamentos e Registros: Realizar lançamentos e registros em sistemas de gestão (ERP- SAP), mantendo os dados atualizados e precisos. Apoio a Auditorias: Colaborar no levantamento de informações e documentos para auditorias internas e externas relacionadas ao faturamento. Requisitos e habilidades: Formação: Ensino Superior completo ou em curso nas áreas de Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas. Experiência: Experiência prévia em rotinas administrativas, financeiras ou de faturamento de rotinas de agência: veículos de mídia e outras frentes serão considerada um diferencial. Conhecimento Fiscal Básico: Noções sobre impostos (PIS, COFINS, ISS) e tipos de notas fiscais de serviço serão um diferencial. Pacote Office: Domínio de ferramentas como Excel (intermediário) e Word é essencial. Organização e Atenção aos Detalhes: Capacidade de trabalhar com precisão e manter a organização de grandes volumes de informações. Proatividade e Curiosidade: Vontade de aprender, buscar soluções e aprimorar os processos. Boa Comunicação: Clareza para se expressar e interagir com diferentes áreas e pessoas.
