Supports billing operations by ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and compliance with internal procedures. Applies basic problem-solving to routine tasks and collaborates with internal teams to resolve billing issues and support process improvements.

**Responsibilities**
- Acts as primary contact for the Company's Price Increase Project
- Serves as backup for Billing Analyst activities
- Processes service requests accurately and within SLA
- Maintains billing and dunning contacts in Oracle
- Generates and distributes reports for management
- Coordinates monthly invoice runs and supports the month-end close
- Issues manual EPS invoices and PWO quotes as needed
- Validates billing data against executed contracts
- Monitors CRM and Universal Work Queues to ensure proper assignment of requests
- Supports ad hoc projects and reporting as requested by management

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Experience in finance or billing operations
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Solid understanding of financial processes and contract validation
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
