The Senior Manager will lead the first team of Solution Developers tasked with building and maintaining demo environments such as the Simple Demo Org (SDO) and Golden Demo Orgs (GDOs) for key Salesforce products. Key Responsibilities Talent Development Attract, recruit, interview, and hire top talent; create a warm bench of high‑quality candidates. Document and maintain an onboarding program to ensure a successful ramp for new hires. Vision & Alignment Define team vision and values, keeping focus on top priorities. Build relationships with Salesforce Product leaders to secure support for demo projects. Meet regularly with Demo Product Managers, Demo Platform, and GDO teams to align roadmaps. Partner with the Solutions Center of Excellence to execute efficiencies for SE customers. Support the DemoTech leadership team with executive‑level presentations and technical guidance. Act as an evangelist, educating industry leaders and driving awareness campaigns for industry assets. Requirements Prior experience administering Salesforce using the Salesforce.com platform. Demonstrated experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences. Strong project management skills. Comfortable working in a complex environment where resource requests outnumber availability. Growth mindset; view learning as a continuous opportunity and maintain a positive attitude. Self‑starter, taking initiative without waiting for direction. Ability to manage a remote, global team. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
