Overview Employer Industry: Healthcare Services Why consider this job opportunity: Hourly pay ranging from $28.27 to $50.48 based on full-time employment Comprehensive benefits package, including equity stock purchase and 401k contribution Opportunity for career advancement and professional development Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. Supportive and inclusive workplace culture focused on health equity Incentive and recognition programs that reward performance Responsibilities Conduct thorough telephonic assessments of members’ behavioral health needs, including risk of harm to self or others Engage with members to develop individualized action plans using Solution Focused Consultation and motivational interviewing techniques Coordinate follow-up care and services, ensuring appropriate levels of support and resources are provided Maintain accurate clinical records, case notes, and reports while providing training in coaching skills to peers Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and training opportunities to enhance team effectiveness Qualifications Licensed Mental Health Clinician with a Master\'s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or marriage and family counseling, or an RN with 3+ years of experience in behavioral health Active, unrestricted independent clinical license Ability to work any of the 8.5-hour shift schedules during normal business hours, with potential for occasional overtime Designated workspace and access to secure high-speed internet via cable/DSL in home Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience working with children and families Experience in an inbound call center environment Ability to build rapport and address diverse member needs effectively Experience working with culturally and geographically diverse populations Flexibility and creativity in problem-solving with team members #HealthcareServices #BehavioralHealth #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #MentalHealthSupport We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
