Our ideal candidate will possess senior-level experience in end-user support or IT helpdesk, with a strong foundation in Windows, macOS, and Linux/Unix operating systems. They will be skilled in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and system issues efficiently, while also possessing excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills. The successful candidate will have fluent English language skills (C1 level), which will enable them to interact effectively with international clients.
