We are looking for an Amazing
: Senior End User Support Specialist – On-site (Brasil, Florianópolis, Santa Catarina)
The Amazing You Will Have:
- Senior-level experience
in end user support or IT helpdesk. - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with
Windows, macOS (Apple), and Linux/Unix
operating systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
- Fluent English (C1)
– written and spoken, as you will interact daily with an
American client
. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and cross-functionally.
