Job Summary
The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications, including system design, programming, debugging, testing, and documentation. The role requires working independently on complex projects, analyzing problems, and proposing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop system specifications, program logic, perform testing, debugging, and documentation.
  • Work independently and with review on moderate to complex programming tasks.
  • Analyze problems, recommend solutions, and prepare design and test documentation.
  • Collaborate with business teams to develop system solutions.
  • Develop, test, implement, and maintain application software within established procedures.
  • Mentor junior developers and lead projects as needed.
  • Perform complex system design and development tasks requiring research and analysis.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Force.com IDE, and Ajax Toolkit.
  • Knowledge of software design patterns.
  • Experience with Sales/Service Cloud; Financial Service Cloud preferred.
  • Ability to interpret business requirements and work with core logic within applications.
  • At least one Salesforce Developer certification is preferred.
  • Ability to make design decisions quickly, using POCs and presentations.
  • Perform peer reviews and participate in continuous improvement processes.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM (Service, Sales, Financial Service Clouds), Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Process Builders, Integrations, JQuery, AngularJS, Java/J2EE, Data Migration tools, Lightning Components.
