• Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce solutions, including design, development, testing, and implementation of highly scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business strategies.
• Develop and configure advanced functionality across Salesforce clouds (Visualforce, Apex, Process Builder, Workflow, Validation Rules, and Advanced Formulas).
• Support cross-system integrations across the native Salesforce ecosystem and other cloud technologies (including AWS).
• Collaborate with other developers and architects to improve development processes and code quality.
• Respond to evolving security conditions and apply Empower's security controls in design and code.
• Improve application resiliency through better design and coding practices; drive long-term design thinking for scalable, maintainable systems.
• Document solution designs in detail for delivery teams to size efforts; drive design thinking with simplicity and scalability as core principles.
• Deliver value through collaboration across geographically dispersed teams and coach team members on best practices, standards, and guidance.
• Continuously learn new technologies and maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Work with integration frameworks, REST and SOAP APIs, and middleware tools as part of enterprise integrations.
• Implement Salesforce OOTB functionalities (OWD/sharing, object/API limits, profiles/permission sets, flows, validation rules) and manage data with SOQL/SOSL/Data Loader.
• Understand Salesforce best practices, governor limits, identity management, connected apps, and related integration approaches.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Field Service Lightning (FSL) is a plus; familiarity with middleware (Dell Boomi, Informatica, MuleSoft) and CI/CD tools (GitHub, VS Code, SVN, ANT, Metadata API, SFDX, Copado, Flosum, AutoRABBIT).

• Lead the technical aspects of projects, including design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Improve resiliency and maintainability through strong design and coding practices.
• Develop technical perspectives, standards, and strategies that add value and reduce complexity.
• Generate innovative ideas, prototypes, and proof of concepts.
• Design long-term Salesforce architectures with clear tradeoffs that meet business requirements.
• Document designs clearly for delivery teams to size effort.
• Drive long-term design thinking for systems and engineering processes focusing on simplicity, scalability, resiliency, and maintainability.
• Collaborate across teams and provide coaching on best practices and standards.
• Demonstrate continuous learning of new technologies and maintain excellent communication skills.
• Experience with integration frameworks, REST & SOAP APIs, and Salesforce OOTB functionalities.
• Genuine understanding of Salesforce governance, SOQL/SOSL, data mapping, and data migration processes.
• Experience with Salesforce identity management and connected apps; familiarity with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / FSL; experience with middleware and CI/CD tools.
