Beyond our agency work, we’ve also launched an incubator for AI projects and innovative concepts, collaborating with clients to test and scale new ideas. The Role We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Paid Media & Marketing Expert to join our team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can combine data-driven media buying with creative campaign execution. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, enhancing our service offerings, and driving measurable outcomes across digital channels. Responsibilities Develop and execute paid media strategies (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) tailored to client goals. Manage ad campaigns end-to-end: setup, optimization, budget management, and reporting. Collaborate with our creative team to align messaging, visuals, and campaign objectives. Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Drive lead generation and conversions for both client campaigns and Earned Media Productions’ own initiatives. Stay on top of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging ad technologies. Qualifications Proven experience in paid media buying and performance marketing (agency or in-house). Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, attribution platforms). Ability to balance creative thinking with ROI-driven execution. Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience. Familiarity with AI tools, marketing automation, or interest in innovation is a plus. Why Join Us?
