Overview Job Title: Meta / Paid Social Media Buyer (LATAM) — Location: Remote — Engagement: Contractor — Experience: 2+ years in PPC for eCommerce — Hours: 9am - 5pm — Compensation: USD $20,000/p.a. The Opportunity We\u2019re looking for a talented and detail-obsessed Meta media buyer to join our remote team. You’ll play a key role in managing and optimising paid social campaigns for a diverse portfolio of eCommerce clients. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves diving into data, experimenting with strategy, and finding smart ways to scale. If you would like to apply please use this form: What You’ll Be Doing Launching, managing, and optimising Paid Social Ads campaigns Structured creative testing and reporting Scaling campaigns based on performance data and business goals Collaborating with creative and strategy teams to align messaging and performance Managing budgets, pacing, and daily account health Ensuring compliance with Meta Ads policies and ad approvals Creating clear, insightful reports for internal and client use Participating in internal strategy calls to provide tactical recommendations What We\u2019re Looking For Someone who questions platform metrics and digs for real-world business results Experience with or willingness to learn unit economics and profitability analysis Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Self-directed learner who seeks help when needed Equipment: Computer with camera for video calls Someone with high attention to detail Benefits All public holidays paid Generous leave entitlements Performance-based bonuses Clear career progression pathway Comprehensive training on our methodologies Note: This is a full-time commitment.
