**Job Title**Marketing Support Assistant**Reports To**Marketing Support Department Manager**Role Purpose**The Marketing Assistant will provide operational and administrative support to the Marketing Support Department, ensuring consistent brand communication and smooth execution of daily marketing activities.**Location**Malta**Key Responsibilities**- Update and maintain sales contact database- Update and maintain marketing-related images, documents, videos, etc. to shared drive- Update and maintain company track record to shared drive- Inform parties who need to know about above points and where to access- Support content collection by sourcing and organizing high-quality images and information for marketing stories- Manage social media scheduling and publishing- Ensure timely updates to the Intranet and other internal communication channels with provided content- Manage PO process for marketing support and place orders with approval of MSD Manager- Assist in the development of marketing collateral- Assist preparing reporting metrics for MSD Academic Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field**Experience Requirements**- Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace- Familiarity with CMS platforms (preferred but not required)- Basic knowledge of commercial processes (Purchase Orders, Invoices)- Previous experience in marketing administration or support positions is an advantage- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is desirable but not essential
