**Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health is recruiting an Insights & Analytics Director to work in our Office in São Paulo and to be responsible for building and adapting transformational analytics capabilities for LATAM making current insights and analytics more efficient and effective while also adding new capabilities and setting the foundation for smarter insights that fuels our competitive edge through better and faster decisions.**
He/she is responsible for coordinating, integrating and translating consumer, marketplace, competitive and professional insights across the Consumer Group's portfolio of franchises (Baby, Skin Health, Oral Care, Wound Care, Feminine Care and Self Care). He/she will drive improvement in data-driven consumer-focused digital ecosystem performance, boosting effectiveness and efficiency across Precision Media, Website, CRM and eCommerce. We are looking for someone who wants to shape our regional data science/ strategy and the future of personalized marketing for healthier more vibrant lives.
**Major Responsibilities**:
- Provide thought leadership to LATAM business leadership and CBI function leadership
- Elevate the voice of the consumer and data driven creativity with LATAM leadership and represent LATAM region with functional leadership. Identify and champion key growth opportunities and help management mitigate risk. Be a strategic advisor to LATAM leadership team on both strategy and tactics. Help drive forward looking predictive analytics.
- Be a Strategic consultant to LATAM leadership and regional clients with a strong focus on client needs
- Utilize strong consulting background to elevate CBI as a consultant and provide exceptional client management to the LATAM region, leading the strategic direction through future focused insights and analytics capabilities.
- Manage and develop Information system as the single source of truth of sales and marketing information across channels, deliver automated reports and interactive dashboards that drive growth and help with regional monthly operating meetings.
- Build and Execute Best-in-class Data Strategy and analytics for targeted personalized brand experiences. Develop and manage regional data strategy and stewardship to address key business outcomes.
- Implement data driven micro behavioural segment targeting and ROI testing.
- Develop and drive implementation of LATAM regional data strategy. Develop and manage regional data partnerships.
- Guide (train, consult) teams in the local markets in developing market/brand level data strategies, identification of most appropriate 1st, 2nd and 3rd part data sources, creating data taxonomies and managing local data assets.
- Guide teams in the local markets on using analytics tools for creating consumer audience insights and using these insights to make better business decisions.
- Partner with the local markets, agencies and suppliers on developing lookalike models and ecommerce / CRM analytics
- Develop the overall Insights & Analytics capability of LATAM region
- Leverage market structures to drive differentiated consumer/shopper insights that enhance understanding of our consumers and the marketplace, leading to larger product launches, executional excellence and innovation. Focus on consumer and shopper segmentation, market/purchase structure, brand offer optimization, test and learn analysis, and other improved performance program
- Help drive best-in-class innovation and communication through superior consumer understanding.
- Adapt and deploy standardized processes, predictive and real-time models with advanced simulation tools that drive spend and performance optimization opportunities in the region for priority brands and markets
- Blend data, research, foresight cutting edge analytics and business knowledge to anticipate changes in the environment and connect deeper understanding of consumers to business opportunities and breakthrough ideas. Translate regional marketplace and consumer behaviour dynamics into actions.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth through delivery and on-going support of advanced & automated advertising, digital, pricing, promotion, assortment simulation models and insight decision making
- Activate agile regional analytics portfolio management and governance framework that optimizes and scales investments, and measures outcomes
- Oversee regional analytic and data supplier and sourcing strategy with guidelines and disciplined processes to manage, gather, and integrate data from internal, extern
