Summary Lead the legal and regulatory function of the concessionaire, working closely with senior management. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, structuring decisions, guiding negotiations, and maintaining concession contracts. The role requires strong vision, autonomy, and the ability to translate legal complexity into actionable solutions. Location & Work Model Based in our Petrolina office, this full‑time role requires an on‑site work model. Responsibilities Interpret concession agreements, regulatory matters, and institutional relationships with regulatory authorities and oversight bodies. Handle contracts, strategic litigation, corporate matters, and compliance, prioritizing business vision. Participate in economic‑financial rebalancing, tariff reviews, regulatory claims, and contingency management. Structure and monitor legal and regulatory risks with a focus on value creation and divestment readiness. Collaborate with finance, risk, engineering, operations, external advisors, auditors, and consultants. Represent the company in interactions with authorities, regulatory entities, public stakeholders, and partners. Requirements Solid experience in Administrative Law and regulated sectors, especially concessions, PPPs, utilities, and preferably sanitation; strong background in contracts, strategic litigation, corporate law, and compliance. Ability to translate legal/regulatory risks into financial, operational, and valuation impacts; skilled in structuring and monitoring risks. Strong relationship, communication, and negotiation skills with regulators, investors, and partners; demonstrated leadership in highly regulated and politically sensitive environments. Hands‑on profile comfortable with transformation, growth, and divestment readiness. Advanced English required. Must work on‑site from Petrolina, PE.
