Manage and forecast revenue streams to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.* **Billing & Invoicing:** Oversee the end-to-end billing and invoicing process for professional services projects, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.* **Data Analytics & Validation:** Analyze key business data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Validate data integrity across various systems to ensure reliable reporting.* **Operational Support:** Provide comprehensive operational support to the Professional Services team, from project inception to closure. This includes process optimization and troubleshooting operational bottlenecks.* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with Finance, Sales, and Professional Services teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.* **Reporting:** Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports to provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.**What You'll Bring*** **2-5 years of experience** in a business operations, financial analysis, or similar analytical role.* **Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English** (written and verbal) is required.* **Proven experience** in financial analysis, revenue management, revenue forecasting, and billing/invoicing.* **Strong data analytics skills,** with experience in data validation and using analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or similar).* **Excellent problem-solving skills** and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.* **Ability to work independently** and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* **Experience in the technology or professional services industry** is a plus.Unleash Your PotentialWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
