Job Opening We are seeking a seasoned security professional to lead the development and implementation of our organization's enterprise-grade security programs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy, incorporating business goals and regulatory requirements. Conduct thorough risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and incident response exercises to ensure the highest level of security maturity. Drive security awareness and training initiatives across the organization, fostering a culture of accountability and best practices. Collaborate with executive leadership to align security objectives with business priorities and strategic initiatives. Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience in security engineering, product security, or infrastructure security roles. Proven track record of designing and deploying scalable security solutions and frameworks. Expertise in AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, and large-scale distributed systems, with a strong understanding of cryptography, secure protocols, and key management systems. Proficiency in system languages such as Java, C, C++, Rust, and Go, as well as scripting languages like Python and Shell. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in automating security controls, conducting penetration testing, and performing design reviews. Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor engineers and influence cross-functional teams.
