Overview Senior Manager – Strategy & Planning (S&P) at 99 is a leadership role that sits at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Strategy. The successful candidate will own P&L leadership, strategic planning, and OKR governance across multiple business units while partnering closely with C‑Level executives and cross‑functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities P&L Leadership & Business Partnering – Own and oversee P&L performance for Logistics, B2B, Ridehailing, and other BUs, acting as the bridge between Finance and Operations. Strategic Planning & OKR Governance – Design, cascade, and govern company‑level OKRs, ensuring alignment across functions and proactively challenging business areas. Strategic Projects – Lead cross‑business initiatives, including innovation, MVPs, and new business opportunities, delivering measurable impact. Insight Generation & Problem Solving – Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for C‑Level and BU leaders, driving structured problem solving. Leadership & Team Management – Lead and mentor a team of 6 S&P professionals, building analytical rigor, business acumen, and stakeholder influence capabilities. Qualifications 8–12+ years of experience in Strategy & Planning, Corporate Finance, Management Consulting, or Business Operations in high‑growth or complex environments. Proven track record in P&L management, financial modeling, and business partnering at a senior level. Strong analytical, data‑driven background with creative problem‑solving and business intuition. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decision‑making without direct authority. Experience setting and governing OKRs, KPIs, and strategic projects at company‑ or multi‑BU level. Exceptional communication skills – able to synthesize complexity into clarity and impact.
