Overview

Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry. Start ASAP. Full-time long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday. Location: remote (home-based) or from a co-location center of your choice. Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem. Free national holidays with maintained payment.

Responsibilities
  • Help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates, supporting relocation with a competent global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden.
  • Coordinate with our Swedish delivery management team that handles practical relocation matters.
  • Handle visa, work permits, tickets, housing arrangements, and related logistics for employees.
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities together with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
  • Contribute to a team culture focused on helping engineers and their families start new careers and lives in Sweden.
  • Represent telescope values: joy, trust, and professionalism.
  • Maintain an extensive network of local engineering talent within IT and stay aware of industry trends.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or related technical experience.
  • A solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solutions.
  • High quality and brand awareness, with understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outsourcing/outstaffing.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail, and able to identify and close recruitment requests.
  • Self-confident, friendly, sociable, and highly motivated.
  • Resilient and persistent, able to handle rejection and continue efforts.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
