We focus on areas of medicine where we can make the biggest difference: Cardiovascular & Metabolism, Immunology, Infectious Diseases & Vaccines, Neuroscience, Oncology, and Pulmonary Hypertension.We are Janssen.Our mission drives us.Our patients inspire us.**HEALTH CARE COMPLIANCE DIRECTOR**Janssen Brasil is recruiting for Health Care Compliance Officer, located in Sao Paulo.The Director, Health Care Compliance Officer for Janssen Brazil will be in charge of developing strategy and provide management and oversight of the Health Care Compliance program, drive operational excellence, develop and continuously improve a Compliance framework and program.Will be accountable for driving strategy, improvement on risk management, collaboration, consistency, and simplification across processes within the country, serving as the trusted compliance advisor to the country leadership team as well as other senior leaders offering advice, analysis and drive strategic discussion, including new and/or improved approaches as per business strategies, activities and risk across the cluster. The Director will have overall responsibility for setting and leading a robust compliance program exercising judgment to mitigate business risk and managing the allocation of resources to support business initiatives. The role serves as a key interface to other Health Care Compliance members at a Corporate and Regional level**Key Responsibilities**:- Set and drive strategy and enhanced approach to HCC/HCBI Program(s) based on business models, activities, and risk profile for the assigned business.- Strategic facilitator on Compliance Program.- Collaborate with key Business and HCC senior leaders to actively support new business models and growth strategies; provide regular updates to their teams and ensure governance and oversight of the compliance program- Set strategy and drive continuous improvement on the compliance program from the prevention, detection, and correction- Lead and drive the HCC Committee process and strategic agenda to ensure relevant compliance requirements and updates are shared with leaders- Active member of Leadership teams acting as first line of compliance communication to the business senior leaders, to ensure appropriate review projects and initiatives**Qualifications**:At Johnson & Johnson, the largest healthcare company in the world, we come together for one purpose: to transform the history of health in humanity.Diversity & Inclusion are essential to continue building our history of pioneering and innovation, which has been impacting the health of more than 1 billion patients and consumers every day for more than 130 years.
