We are searching for the best talent for **Health Care Compliance Reporting Manager **to be in **Bogotá, Colombia, Mexico City, Mexico **or **São Paulo, Brazil **.

**Purpose**:
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a LATAM Transparency Reporting Manager on the Global Transparency Team (GTR) to join the Health Care Compliance Global Operations team. This position can be located in any major J&J location in the LATAM Region, preferred in Brazil.
The GTR team is responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to ensure the development, implementation and execution of transparency reporting program is consistent and meets all country, industry, and regulatory requirements.

This regional role supports all sectors (MedTech and Pharm) and functions (Commercial, R&D and Supply chain) across LATAM to communicate and develop plans for meeting Johnson & Johnson’s transparency reporting requirements.
The role requires a strategic leader with a focus on continuous improvement, vigilance, and the skills to identify innovative ways to stay coordinated with the Transparency requirements in the Region by partnering across functional areas such as Information Technology, Procurement, Privacy, Legal, Government Affairs etc. In addition, this role requires strong partnership and influencing with external stakeholders, such as industry associations and regulatory bodies.

**You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and leading Transparency Reporting processes and system improvements according to all laws, regulations, and industry code requirements across the LATAM region.
- Partnering with Legal, HCCOs, Privacy, Government Affairs, and other business partners, along with participating on industry workgroups to proactively review, communicate, train, and operationalize new and proposed reporting regulations.
- Shape the internal and external environment by leading or participating on other assigned special project teams or industry working groups related to transparency reporting.
- Supporting Transparency Reporting related processes including planning and process management, maintaining documentation, and completing other tasks related to the disclosure of transfer of values.
- Partnering with technology and HCC teams to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Transparency Reporting related processes, capabilities, and controls.
- Demonstrate an Operational Excellence approach with a focus on continuous improvement and learning to help drive improved data quality and ensure accurate data collection for the purpose of transparency reporting.
- Leading day-to-day activities of direct reports and the ones without reporting line, including coaching, training, and mentoring
- Integrate insights from external stakeholders through benchmarking, networking, industry associations etc.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
- Project management and/or Process excellence training/certification is preferred.

**Experience and Skills**:
Required:

- Minimum of six years experience in HCC or related function (Regulatory, Quality, Finance) required.
- Ability to work with large sets of data and have experience analyzing and consolidating data into significant quantitative analysis or reports.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, including well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide range of people across multiple cultures and functional areas.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong English written and verbal skills.

Preferred:

- Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industries
- Track record of influencing, negotiating, and connecting with business partners/leaders in cross sector/regional role and with external partners required.
- Experience working with Alteryx / Tableau / PowerBI tools preferred.
- Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Experience in Transaction Management and/or Transparency Reporting.
- Ability to lead projects and prioritize tasks of varying size, value, and complexity.

**Other**:

- Proficiency in Spanish preferred, proficiency in additional languages of the region (Portuguese), as appropriate
- Up to 10% domestic and/or international travel required.
- HCC certification, such as Seton Hall, CCEP-I, preferred.
- Location(s): Mexico, Colombia or Brazil (preferred).
