**Position summary**:

**A day in a life of...**:
Acts as catalyst and pathfinder in partnering with other functions to ensure trust and consumer preference improvements by appropriate actions and resources;
Is the challenger of other functions to drive and ensure first time right, product defect elimination, proper risk management & risk-based decision making and continuous improvements.
Is the guardian of food safety and compliance for the category, providing vision, leadership and support in achieving the business objectives;
Report critical product safety or quality issues to line management;
Provides category specific strategic insights to Line Management.

**What will make you succesfull?**:
University degree or equivalent in Technical Field (e.g. Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering)
A solid food industry experience (Manager, R&D specialist or expert)
Ability to communicate & influence efficiently internally (factories and markets) and externally (incl. suppliers and contractors)
Excellent networking abilities
Fluent in english and Spanish will be a plus.
