Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, a member of Johnson and Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a LATAM Copy Clearance Manager located preferably in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, or Mexico. Remote working may be considered.

This position will lead the Copy Clearance Area across the Latin America region by coordinating the overall process of promotional asset review in accordance with regulatory and quality compliance; by collaborating with cross-functional partners and working within the internal digital asset management tool to traffic & monitor projects through their workflow cycles.

The role will be critical in facilitating Copy Approval Training and in generating agility and compliance working practices to the process, decision-making recommendations, and intercultural communication.

You will partner closely with the Global Copy Clearance Group, Regional Leadership Team, and Local Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Professional Education, Legal, and Compliance Teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Copy Clearance Process for Latin America according to Global Policies and Regional Procedures;
- Maintain a list of reviewers in agreement with the Promotional Asset Type and the Roles and Responsibilities of the Functional Areas;
- Coordinates and collaborates with submitters and reviewers to drive alignment on final changes to ensure compliance and approval;
- May review assets that do not rationalize a review from the functional areas;
- Assign due dates and asset reviewers according to the Cross-functional List of Reviewers;
- Conduct screening of copy clearance submissions for completeness and compliance with processes and standards;
- Review final assets in a timely and accurate manner to ensure required changes were made;
- Track progress of projects and follow up with submitters and reviewers to ensure timelines are met for their respective tasks;
- Facilitate Copy Clearance onboarding, training, and mentorship;
- Support users to acquire access to the applicable systems;
- Together with Global Marketing Intelligence Team handle the maintenance of assets, referring actions to the project owners;
- Together with Regional Marketing Team control the Claims for Vision Care in Latin America and align with local teams when changes are needed;
- Build dashboards and reports to measure assets volume, status, time for approval, and others;

**Qualifications**:
**Required**:

- Minimum 8 years of Regulatory, Quality Compliance and experience in a highly regulated industry;
- Knowledge of local/regional Copy Clearance requirements and guidelines;
- Strong interpersonal leadership, persuasive communication and influencing skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills being able to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment;
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and projects.

**Preferred**:

- Proactive, accurate, innovative, independent worker, has initiative;
- Excellent teammate with strong dedication to drive business result;
- Continuous improvement approach.
- Knowledge of the Veeva system is a plus.

Skills with tools such as excel, power BI is desirable

**Other**:

- Typically, advanced proficiency in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese (both written and verbal);
