ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement middleware solutions that align with business objectives. Develop and maintain integration processes using SAP CPI, PI OData and Rest API to ensure seamless data flow across systems. Analyze and troubleshoot integration issues ensuring timely resolution to maintain system integrity and performance. Optimize existing middleware configurations to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Document integration processes and configurations to support knowledge sharing and future enhancements. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in middleware integration and data management. Support the development of new features and functionalities to meet evolving business needs. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest middleware technologies and trends. Contribute to the company's innovation initiatives by providing insights and recommendations based on industry experience. Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages knowledge sharing and teamwork. QualificationsStrong technical skills in SAP CPI, PI, OData and Rest API. Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in documenting technical processes and configurations. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Hands‑on support for CPI interfaces with strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Experience with incident and change management through ticketing tools like ServiceNow and JIRA. Basic knowledge of CI/CD.
