Analyze support trends and recommend process improvements. Ensure service‑level agreements and quality standards are met. Requirements 4+ years of experience in technical support or related roles. Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, and applications. Experience with ticketing systems and support tools. Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
