Network Field Technician

We are seeking an experienced Network Field Technician to join our team.

As a Network Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining network infrastructure, including switches, cables, and routers. You will also be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting networking equipment, as well as providing technical support to users.

  • Installing and maintaining local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks (WLANs)
  • Configuring and troubleshooting networking equipment, such as routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Providing technical support to users, including resolving hardware and software issues
  • Loading Balancer with Advanced Monitoring
  • Reverse Proxy
  • Web Application Firewall

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in managing local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks (WLANs)
  • Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and HTTP
  • Experience with configuration, operation, and support activities for services components of the Network LAN/Wan, Wlan Cisco /Meraki, Cisco Manager, Riverbed, Firewalls Palo Alto/Scripts Cisco Routers, HP Routers/Switches, Contracting Party's Citrix Systems platform, including XenApp and XenDesktop platforms, Netscaler computers, and all components of the Citrix Systems platform installed during the term of the agreement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

A degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred but not necessary. We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply.
