We are looking for a Field Service Analyst + Network (Lan/Wlan/Wan), who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, on-site , in the city of Belo Horizonte/Minas Gerais.

In this role we are looking for:

• Engineer or technologist of systems or telecommunications, in computer science or related, with experience in management of local area networks (wired/wireless) and extended datacenter supporting critical business environments.
• Stack v4/v6
• Experience supporting availability of the networking infrastructure (preferably Cisco).
• Perform operation, configuration, and support (second level) activities for services components of the Network LAN/Wan, Wlan Cisco /Meraki, Cisco Manager, Riverbed, Firewalls Palo Alto/Scripts Cisco Routers, HP Routers/Switches, Contracting Party's Citrix Systems platform, including, but not limited to, XenApp and XenDesktop platforms, Netscaler computers, And all components of the Citrix Systems platform that are installed during the term of the agreement:

- Virtual desktops on Hyper-V and Moonshot HPE, ESX - VMWare

- Virtual applications

- Virtual servers

- Load Balancer with Advanced Monitoring (Netscaler)

- Reverse Proxy (Netscaler)

- Web Application Firewall

- Other services implemented during the evolution of the Citrix Systems platform.

Key responsibilities: Responsible for supporting the service levels and availability of the networking infrastructure (preferably Cisco).

Field Services on Network, physical installation of switches, cables and related.

Perform operation, configuration, and support (second level) activities for services components of the Contracting Party's Citrix Systems platform, including, but not limited to, XenApp and XenDesktop platforms, Netscaler computers, And all components of the Citrix Systems platform that are installed during the term of the agreement:

- Virtual desktops on Hyper-V and Moonshot HPE, ESX - VMWare

- Virtual applications

- Virtual servers

- Load Balancer with Advanced Monitoring (Netscaler)

- Reverse Proxy (Netscaler)

- Web Application Firewall

- Other services implemented during the evolution of the Citrix Systems platform.
