**This position is situated within the MGS Commercial Services** **organization and is responsible for providing procure to pay transactional and help desk support. This job supports the procure to pay process for all direct purchasing of raw and packaging materials and Indirect purchases/plant maintenance for the North America and Latam region.**:
**What are we looking for?**:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent, preferably in Commercial, Business
- 1 or more years of experience, familiarity with Commercial processes and practices
- Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organization skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Capable of establishing priorities
- Demonstrate ability to be a self-starter, and take initiative/ownership; adaptive and flexible to new ideas and change
- Strong customer orientation and strong collaboration skills among people across groups and geographic lines
- Fluent English
- Advanced/fluent Spanish will be consider
**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
- Provide transactional support for SAP contract creation/maintenance and order confirmations
- Provide basic Procure to Pay ad-hoc training to internal clients as necessary
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and action reports related to job scope
- Support Buyers with inquiries and reporting
- Support the material specification process
- Provide purchase order creation for direct services as required
