**What are we looking for?**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Commercial, Business
- English: Fluency; Spanish: Nice to have.
- 2 or more years of experience, Familiarity with Commercial processes and practices
- Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
- Demonstrate the ability to be a self-starter and take initiative/ownership;
- Strong customer orientation and strong collaboration skills among people across groups and geographic lines
- Automation, process improvement background and experience with digital tools will be considered a differential
**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
- Support daily transactions related to P2P process like contract creation, Raw Materials and packaging workflow, Invoice resolution
- Establish a relationship with stakeholders and support issue resolution related to P2P process
- Ability to analyze, identify and implement improvements in P2P process
