This Position reports to: Business Manager - Commercial&Operations Role Mission Are you passionate about technical sales and eager to join a global company that is transforming the industry with cutting‑edge technology? ABB is looking for a Sales Manager to join our Motion team in Brazil. If you have experience managing indirect sales channels and leading teams, and you're ready to take on challenges and work on developing distributors, electrical system integrators, and machine manufacturers, this opportunity is for you Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies for frequency converters and electric motors, ensuring sustainable growth. Manage indirect channels (distributors, integrators, and OEMs), strengthening relationships and expanding market share. Identify business opportunities and lead negotiations for strategic contracts. Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets. Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team for high performance. Requirements Solid experience in B2B sales for the industrial sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proven experience in team and sales channel management. Advanced English (mandatory). Availability for frequent travel across Brazil. Technical knowledge of frequency converters and electric motors. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Automation). Differentials Sales experience and relationship with distributors, system integrators, and machine manufacturers.
