Write the next chapter of your ABB story.**:**This position reports to**:Business Manager - E2E**Your role and responsibilities**:Develop and maintain an effective sales strategy within the Brazilian market to improve ABB’s market penetration with its respective products and Motion portfolio (electric motors, drives, and automation) and achieve growth aspirations. Define key sales targets and establish appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor performance. Identify and evaluate new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determine implementation plans, and allocate necessary resources. Plan and execute customer satisfaction surveys and act on the results to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Participate in key contract negotiations, ensuring the maintenance/exceedance of sales market price levels. Monitor clients’ financial status and report any changes regarding risk to relevant internal teams. Promote collaboration across divisions and teams to maximize results, lead, develop, and coach the sales team to achieve set targets. Ensure compliance with ABB’s values and policies, including health and safety at work, and promote integrity and ethics in all activities.**Qualifications for the role**:- Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering.- Required: Solid/Senior experience in sales within the industrial B2B market, preferably focused on electric motors, drives, and automation.- Required: Previous experience in managing a sales team.- Required: Availability for frequent travel, average 70% of the time.- Language: Advanced/Fluent English is required, Spanish is desirable.**More about us**:
