Hiring Process Stages Application Review People Interview Hiring Manager Interview Take Home Exercise Case Presentation Stakeholder Interview 1 Stakeholder Interview 2 About the Role The central challenge is to design a greenfield corporate security program—from physical measures to electronic systems—for our new headquarters, establishing scalable, best‑in‑class standards across Brazil. Main responsibilities and activities Security Strategy & Operations Design, implement, and manage comprehensive physical security protocols for all Grupo QuintoAndar offices in Brazil, ensuring alignment with best practices and local regulations. Oversee installation, maintenance, and operation of electronic security systems: CCTV/Video Surveillance (VMS, cameras), Access Control (ACS) for employees, visitors, contractors, and Intrusion Detection/Alarm systems. Manage the access control lifecycle—onboarding, changes, off‑boarding, policies—to ensure secure access to restricted areas. Develop and lead the physical security incident response plan, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies. Vendor & Budget Management Act as primary point of contact for all external security vendors, ensuring performance meets SLAs and company standards. Develop, manage, and monitor operational and capital budgets for security projects and services. Support procurement in negotiating and reviewing service contracts, focusing on cost‑effectiveness, quality, and risk reduction. Compliance & Continuous Improvement Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with internal policies and local laws. Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees. Stay abreast of new security technologies and industry trends, recommending upgrades or improvements. Requirements 10+ years of experience managing security operations in Physical Security, Electronic Security, and Access Control within corporate/tech environments across multiple locations. Deep working knowledge of modern ACS, CCTV/VMS platforms, and alarm systems. Strong track record of managing and influencing external security vendors. Demonstrated ability to manage projects and operations on a national scope (Brazil). Proactive, data‑driven approach focused on operational efficiency and people safety. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Security Management, Law, Business Administration) is a plus; certifications (CPP, PSP) highly desirable. Excellent Portuguese written & verbal communication; English required for executive communication; Spanish is a plus.
