Rio de JaneiroWhat you can expectTool Coordinator ensures the provision of the most efficient tool/equipment as per object and project requirements, including all tasks related to tool/equipment preparation and reconditioning.Responsible forExecuting the role "Tool / Equipment / System Lead" within assigned projects.Ensuring the provided tool/equipment/solution are in line with project specifications, in early alignment with the Technical Solution Lead (TSL).Leading the tool/equipment preparation and monitoring execution of the tool/equipment preparation in line with the project budget, quality standards and time plan.Providing to and requesting from team members the required information.Ensuring the assigned team is able to complete the deliverables according to the deadlines set, in compliance with our/customer QHSE standards.Pro-active communication and coordination with other lead roles, SOP team members and other stakeholders at an early stage (i.E. status updates, changes, …).Coordinating with different Project Managers and regional OSSP on best utilization of the tool fleet.Ensuring the tool/equipment is in good condition after service completion in a timely manner.In case of deviations, consulting customer and/or other project team members to align the situation.Documenting lessons learned and share valuable information.What you will bringTechnical vocational education.Relevant experience in tool/equipment handling.B2 English Level.Good Functional leadership skills.Technical understanding of tool related operational work and processes.Good skills in writing technical documents.What we offerWho we areThe ROSEN Group is a leading global provider of cutting-edge solutions in all areas of the integrity process chain.
