What you can expect

The Tool Coordinator ensures the provision of the most efficient tools and equipment as per project requirements, including all tasks related to tool and equipment preparation and reconditioning.

Responsibilities
  1. Execute the role of "Tool / Equipment / System Lead" within assigned projects.
  2. Ensure the provided tools, equipment, and solutions align with project specifications, in early coordination with the Technical Solution Lead (TSL).
  3. Lead the preparation of tools and equipment, monitoring their execution in line with project budget, quality standards, and schedule.
  4. Coordinate with team members to exchange required information.
  5. Ensure the team can meet deadlines and comply with QHSE standards.
  6. Communicate proactively with other lead roles, SOP team members, and stakeholders regarding status updates and changes.
  7. Coordinate with Project Managers and regional OSSP for optimal utilization of the tool fleet.
  8. Ensure tools and equipment are in good condition after service completion and returned timely.
  9. Consult with customers and project team members in case of deviations to align on solutions.
  10. Document lessons learned and share valuable information.
Qualifications
  • Technical vocational education.
  • Relevant experience in handling tools and equipment.
  • B2 level in English.
  • Strong functional leadership skills.
  • Technical understanding of tool-related operational work and processes.
  • Proficiency in writing technical documents.
