Senior Technical Leader Role Summary About the Opportunity: This Senior Technical Leader role is designed for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can provide technical guidance and leadership to our customer-facing team in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical delivery, team management, and process improvement. They will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Engineers, ensuring timely completion of projects and deliverables, and providing feedback and development assistance to team members. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of high-performing Customer Success Engineers, providing technical guidance and support. Develop and maintain processes and policies that support efficient technical delivery and team performance. Identify and manage risks associated with project delivery and team performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives. Provide regular reporting on team performance, project health, and financial metrics. Requirements Technical Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience in technical delivery and team leadership. Proven track record of successful project delivery and team management. Strong understanding of technical concepts and industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel within Latin America (at least three days per week). Preferred Qualifications: Mastery of technical tools and software. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese (in addition to English).
