This role reports directly to the Head of Gaming Compliance.
About the Role:
This position plays a crucial role in ensuring responsible gambling practices, mitigating harm while ensuring a safe gaming environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough risk assessments to identify potential harm triggers;
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to mitigate these risks;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution;
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to stakeholders;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Law, Business Administration, or Computer Science;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in gaming compliance or a related field;
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards;
- Excellent communication and analytical skills;
