Role Description:
The Billing Coordinator will lead our Billing Team in delivering exceptional invoicing experiences to our valued clients in the Americas Region.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Supervise, develop, motivate, and mentor the Billing Team to ensure that all invoicing is carried out punctually, comprehensively, and with precision.
- Collaborate with various functions within Airswift, including Operations, Accounting, and Accounts Receivables.
- Manage a high volume of invoicing, resolve escalated issues, and cultivate an environment that places significant emphasis on customer service and efficiency.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent level of knowledge in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in progressive accounts receivable/billing roles, preferably in the staffing industry.
- Mandatory minimum of 5 years of experience in Billing.
- Minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
- Preferred experience with third-party payer guidelines, billing practices, and reimbursement practices.
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to effectively manage and mentor staff.
- Capability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills to evaluate situations, present conclusions, and recommend action plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
fluency in English is required. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
