Role Description: The Billing Coordinator will lead our Billing Team in delivering exceptional invoicing experiences to our valued clients in the Americas Region.
Principal Accountabilities: Supervise, develop, motivate, and mentor the Billing Team to ensure that all invoicing is carried out punctually, comprehensively, and with precision.
Collaborate with various functions within Airswift, including Operations, Accounting, and Accounts Receivables.
Manage a high volume of invoicing, resolve escalated issues, and cultivate an environment that places significant emphasis on customer service and efficiency.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent level of knowledge in a relevant field.
3-5 years of experience in progressive accounts receivable/billing roles, preferably in the staffing industry.
Mandatory minimum of 5 years of experience in Billing.
Minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
Preferred experience with third-party payer guidelines, billing practices, and reimbursement practices.
Strong leadership skills with an ability to effectively manage and mentor staff.
Capability to work independently and within a team environment.
Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical skills to evaluate situations, present conclusions, and recommend action plans.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
