Position Purpose:We are seeking a dedicated Billing Coordinator to join Airswift and lead our Billing Team in delivering exceptional invoicing experiences to our valued clients in the Americas Region. In this role, you will supervise, develop, motivate, and mentor the Billing Team to ensure that all invoicing is carried out punctually, comprehensively, and with precision. Collaboration with various functions within Airswift, including Operations, Accounting, and Collections, is crucial. You will manage a high volume of invoicing, resolve escalated issues, and cultivate an environment that places significant emphasis on customer service and efficiency. Adaptability and quick learning are key attributes for success in this role.
Key Accountabilities:Mandatory minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.Minimum of 3 years of people management experience.Experience with third-party payer guidelines, billing practices, and reimbursement practices.Strong leadership skills with an ability to effectively manage and mentor staff.Capability to work independently and within a team environment.Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.Analytical skills to evaluate situations, present conclusions, and recommend action plans.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Key Skills:Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Accounting or Finance, or an equivalent level of knowledge in a relevant field.3-5 years of experience in progressive accounts receivable/billing roles, preferably in the staffing industry.What we can offer you:Competitive monthly base salary.Opportunities for professional development and career growth within the Billing function.Collaborative work environment focused on excellence and efficiency.Supportive team culture emphasizing work-life balance.Recognition and rewards for your contributions through our employee reward platform.Yearly destination trips as part of our Highflyers program (destinations such as Dubai, Buenos Aires, etc.).Participation in charity events and initiatives that support important causes such as Relay for Life and Earth Day.Our Core Values:Growth
