Role: Semi Senior IT Recruiter We seek an experienced IT Recruiter to join our global recruiting team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, with strong analytical, teamwork, and multitasking skills. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement within our rapidly growing company. Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, technical assessments, candidate presentations, and closing. Organize and execute candidate interviews with clients, ensuring thorough prep and follow-up. Conduct candidate negotiations and initiate hiring. Customize recruitment strategies per client and vacancy. Collaborate with sales for business development. Requirements: At least 3 years of recruitment experience, with 1+ years in full lifecycle IT recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong self-management and independence.
