Role: Semi Senior IT Recruiter
We seek an experienced IT Recruiter to join our global recruiting team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, with strong analytical, teamwork, and multitasking skills. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement within our rapidly growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, technical assessments, candidate presentations, and closing.
- Organize and execute candidate interviews with clients, ensuring thorough prep and follow-up.
- Conduct candidate negotiations and initiate hiring.
- Customize recruitment strategies per client and vacancy.
- Collaborate with sales for business development.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience, with 1+ years in full lifecycle IT recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong self-management and independence.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (3+ years).
- Proficiency in English.
